“Freddo”, a new coffee brand from Thessaloniki, is launching whole espresso beans in a 1 kilograms bag, made for “Freddo” espresso and “Freddo” #cappuccino, the iced coffees #Greeks and #Cypriots drink all year round. The beans are 100 percent #Arabica, roasted in #Italy, bold and creamy (intensity 4 out of 5), and work just as well for espresso, cappuccino and #latte.

Orders are open now here for #Greece and #Cyprus and here for #Germany and #Austria. At 18 grams per double espresso, one bag makes about 55 servings, about 52 cents per “Freddo” at home.

“In Greece, the ‘Freddo’ isn’t a summer drink, it’s everyday life. We wanted beans that build a dense foam with ice and taste just as good hot”, says the founder of “Freddo”.

Price 29 euros per kilo, free shipping from two bags. On subscription the bag arrives every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, 10 percent cheaper from two bags. Cafés and supermarkets can request trade terms.
